This three-part series will support schools in developing confident, capable and purposeful digital learners, while also exploring practical approaches to leading digital learning across the school community.

Webinar 1: Embedding of Digital Technology

Focus: Explore the resources and supports available to digital leaders regarding digital learning planning and effective use of digital technologies to support learning, teaching and assessment.
Webinar 2: Digital Technology Infrastructure
Date: Monday, 21st September 2026
Time: 16:15
Focus: Explore relevant infrastructure that supports the effective use of digital technologies in schools, including suitable computing devices, Wi-Fi/networking, cloud tools, displays, cybersecurity, data, schools’ broadband, ICT grants and support. Email questions to ictadvice@oide.ie
Webinar 3: Policies and Future Initiatives
Date: Wednesday, 30th September 2026
Time: 16:15
Focus: Explore necessary school policies in the area of digital technologies and a short overview of relevant emerging technologies, including AI. Upcoming initiatives will also be outlined.
