Blended Learning is the “thoughtful fusion of face-to-face and online learning experiences”. The webinar will focus on the flipped classroom model of blended learning. This model has a number of benefits including, providing opportunities for active learning, minimising student frustration, allowing for quicker feedback and promoting student collaboration.

  • The different types of existing content available to support the flipped classroom and how to ethically source and create multimedia content
  • The importance of active student engagement in both the face-to-face and online contexts
